Pada hari jumat tanggal 18 Oktober 2024, saya mengikuti webinar sinkronus PembaTIK Level 4 yang dibuka oleh Bapak Mujahid. Dalam webinar dijelaskan bahwa Level tertinggi PembaTIK adalah level 4 Berbagi dan Berkolaborasi untuk mencapai level ini peserta harus melalui level- level sebelumnya yaitu :

  • Level 1 : Literasi
  • Level 2 : Implementasi
  • Level 3 : kreasi

Sinkrunus membahas tentang segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan level 4 berbagi dan berkolaborasi diantaranya:

  1. Membangun kolaborasi komunikasi
    Berbagi dan berkolaborasi dilaksanakan dari lingkungan terdekat yaitu sekola sendiri, sekolah sekitar dan lingkungan yang lebih luas.
  2. Hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi
    • Menciptakan gagasa
    • Encoding
    • Transmeeting
    • Receiving
    • Decoding

Harus ada feedback dan respon yang baik agar komunikasi bisa berkembang. Komunikasi dibangun untuk berkolaborasi demi kemajuan Pendidikan di Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi bisa berasal dari dalam diri maupun luar diri. Berikut tips dan trik berkomunikasi :
